US Military Strike Kills Tren de Aragua Gang Leader

President Donald Trump announced that U.S. forces killed Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, known as 'Niño Guerrero,' the leader of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, in a military strike carried out in coordination with Venezuela. The operation took place in Venezuela's southeastern Bolívar state, with both the U.S. and Venezuelan governments confirming participation. Tren de Aragua has been designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. since February 2025, and Guerrero Flores had been charged in a New York federal court with racketeering conspiracy and other crimes.
