US and Saudi Arabia strike Iran-backed groups in Iraq

The United States and Saudi Arabia conducted joint military strikes against Iran-backed militias in Iraq, targeting logistics and weapons sites used to launch drone attacks on U.S. forces and Saudi energy infrastructure. Iraq's Popular Mobilisation Forces reported at least 20 members killed and 32 wounded, and condemned the strikes as a violation of Iraqi sovereignty.
